On povnomad.com we show reviews from several sources. This page explains where they come from and whether and how we make sure they come from real customers.
Reviews on eBay
The figure “99.5% positive” and the eBay texts on our homepage come from our eBay feedback profile. On eBay, only people who have bought from us can leave feedback. eBay ensures this. We do not check these reviews any further. eBay calculates the percentage from the positive and negative ratings of the last 12 months. We copy it over by hand and always show the date.
Reviews on Trustpilot
The rating “4.5 out of 5” and the Trustpilot texts come from our Trustpilot profile. On Trustpilot, anyone can leave a review, even without an invitation. Trustpilot shows whether a review is verified or was written without an invitation, and checks reviews according to its own rules. We do not check these reviews any further. We copy the rating over by hand and always show the date.
The selection on our homepage
We chose the review texts in the box on our homepage. They do not show the average of all reviews. For the full picture, with positive and negative reviews, see the linked profiles. In other languages we show the texts as a translation of the original.
Reviews in our shop
Only people who bought a product from us can leave a product review on povnomad.com. We match it to the order and mark the review as “Verified purchase”. We publish reviews regardless of the number of stars. We only remove posts with insults, false statements of fact, other people’s personal data or advertising.
No rewards
We don’t give you money, vouchers or credits for a review.
