What is the satisfaction guarantee?
Our aim is to provide you with a stable, fast and trouble-free connection – without complicated conditions. If you have the feeling that your product does not meet your expectations, our team will review your request individually and accommodatingly.
Depending on the case, this can mean, for example:
- Technical assistance with problems
- A replacement product
- Or, in certain cases, a refund – for example if the eSIM has not been used
Please note:
In order for us to be able to help you in the best possible way, a few clear framework conditions apply:
- As soon as an eSIM has been activated or used (e.g. data connection established or volume consumed), it cannot be returned or refunded.
- In these cases, however, our technical support is of course available to help you solve any problems.
- The warranty does not apply to incompatible devices, insufficient local network coverage or incorrect product selection.
- Even if you accidentally enter an incorrect e-mail address or change your travel plans, you are not entitled to a refund – but we will still be happy to help you as far as possible.
